Labor & SOP Culture
Everything runs on written SOPs and daily scouting; trim and harvest are the biggest labor sinks. How to build consistency across staff and shifts.

Consistency across staff is the entire point
Everything runs on written SOPs: transplanting, feeding, IPM scouting, defoliation, harvest, drying, cleaning, and track-and-trace entry. The reason is simple — the plant does not care which employee fed it, and neither should the outcome. SOPs make the result independent of who is on shift. A facility is "dialed in" when any two trained staff produce the same turn within a few percent.
