1. Who we are

The Cultivation Canon (the “Platform”) is operated by Tabatabaei Advising LLC(“we,” “us”). The Platform provides educational content, standard operating procedures, tools, and optional consulting services for commercial and home cannabis cultivation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Platform. You may only use it where cannabis cultivation is legal for you, and you are solely responsible for complying with all laws, licensing, and regulations that apply to you. We do not sell, ship, or facilitate the sale of cannabis, cannabis products, plants, or seeds.

3. Educational purpose — not professional advice

All content is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, financial, agronomic, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional or your own compliance with local law. Cultivation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; we make no guarantee of any particular yield, quality, result, or business outcome.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Memberships, purchases & consulting

• Paid memberships, one-time products, downloadable SOPs/playbooks, and consulting are described on the pricing and consulting pages. Prices are in USD and may change.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access through the paid period.
• Consulting and on-site services are provided under a separate scope and quote agreed in writing. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. License to use content

Subject to these terms and your active access, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own cultivation use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, share your login, or create derivative products from our content, SOPs, or materials. All content, trademarks, and software remain our property or that of our licensors.

7. AI assistant (“Leaf”)

Leaf provides automated, AI-generated guidance that may be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat its output as informational only and verify against your own measurements, sources, and professionals before acting.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Platform: no unlawful activity, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling access, uploading harmful content, or infringing others’ rights.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabatabaei Advising LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for crop loss, business loss, or regulatory consequences arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or where required by law.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law rules.
