1. Information we collect

• Account & contact: your name and email when you sign up or contact us.
• Consulting requests: facility details you submit (location, canopy size, room count, goals) so we can respond and quote.
• Payment: processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage: pages viewed, progress, and basic device/log data to operate and improve the Platform.
• Leaf chat: messages you send to our AI assistant, to generate responses and improve the service.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Platform, deliver content and consulting, process payments, respond to you, understand usage, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We share limited data with trusted providers who process it on our behalf, for example: hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, the AI provider that powers Leaf, and email. These providers are bound to use your data only to provide their services.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in and, where applicable, basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

6. Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To make a request, contact hello@tabatabaeiadvising.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

7. Age

The Platform is intended for adults 21 and older. It is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes
