Refund Policy

Memberships

You can cancel a membership at any time from your account; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for, and you are not billed again. Because access to digital content is granted immediately, membership fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us — we review reasonable requests in good faith.

One-time products, playbooks & SOPs

Downloadable SOPs, playbooks, and the Complete Commercial System are digital products delivered instantly. Because their full value is accessible on purchase, they are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you have not yet accessed a purchase and request a refund within 7 days, we will honor it.

Consulting & on-site services

Consulting engagements and on-site facility walkthroughs are quoted and scheduled individually. Deposits reserve time and may be non-refundable; specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your engagement agreement.

Duplicate or accidental charges

Billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded in full. Contact us with your receipt and we will correct it promptly.

How to request

Email hello@tabatabaeiadvising.com with your order details and reason. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; timing depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
