Awareness is not a program
The awareness lesson established the threat: HpLVd is systemic, tool- and water-spread, invisible until potency drops ~50%, and present in ~90% of surveyed California facilities. Knowing that does not protect you. An eradication program is the standing set of testing cadences, containment zones, and re-entry gates that a facility runs continuously — it treats HpLVd the way a food plant treats Listeria: assume it is trying to get in, test on a schedule, and never let unverified stock cross into production. This lesson is that program.
